David Shorey Fraud Alert
David Shorey is the CFO of a company called Cell Wireless and US Social Scene. The CEO of those companies is Joe Cosenza who claims to have millions of dollars invested in putting this "big" company together. However, it is nothing more than a way to defraud people who are stupid enough to get involved with the lies. It is my belief through many different conversations with Thomas L. Brandon, the "Stock Promoter" that David Shorey has known that Joe Cosenza is a complete Fraud since the beginning of 2008. Yet, David Shorey still took money from people, who bought in to Joe Cosenza's lies, to pad his own pocket. David Shorey is the controller over the Cell Wireless (CLWL) company shell and he is still taking people's money even though the people that are investing are being deceived. While Joe, most likely belongs on the funny farmer with the rest of the compulsive lairs; is David Shorey at just as much fault for not putting and end to this scam? Instead, he is personally gaining for the lies. So, again I ask: shouldn't David Shorey be held just as responsible as Joe Cosenza?

Apparently the writer is unaware of all of the circumstances and has created a harmful blog against the only person who can help. When Joe Cosenza was removed from the Board and dismissed from Cell Wireless with out one share of stock, it was the person protecting the shareholders that made the removal happen. Since David Shorey has invested over 320,000 into the operation of Cell Wirelss and even more when Joe Cosenza was President, it is obvious there has been no benefit to him from anyone's money. Shorey is the only one that can help the shareholders at this time and any federal agent that wants to look up my skirt is welcome to call. Your blog is untrue and senseless.

Everything Stated in this blog is 100% true and accurate. This is not senseless, but rather my civic duty to inform others before more people are harmed. David Shorey is to blame along with Joe Cosenza and Tom Brandon. In a letter David attempted to scare me with (Which did not work) he stated that he had received 2 (TWO) bad checks from Joe. Yet, David still met with us, promoted US Social Scene/Cell Wireless, and convinced us to invest. David Shorey knew Joe Cosenza was a fraud but instead of stopping Joe, David saw a way to line his pockets.
Accused is the only one that can help?? that sounds like BS. It has been 6 month and no stocks yet. I think it is about time to start putting liens on everything and anything.

There will not be any shares issued until I receive the agreements for acquired shares I have been asking for the last six months. Send the agreements and I will respond to the request for shares. The company received none of this money you speak of, nor did I, so it has no way to issue shares.

I really do not have the agreements because Joe Cozenza and Tom Brandon apparently made a deal with your investors and sold them their shares. No agreements and no money came to the company and no one has given the CFO any information, including you. Send the information and I will consider the issue of shares according to the contracts.
I have invested in this company and gave 60,000 dollars, which I haven't received anything, David Shorey, Tom Brandon and Joe Cosenza were the people who took my money without giving any shares or that there were any real shares to even be purchased. To my knowledge, I was scammed by these people. David Shorey you can please contact me, I would like to know about where my money went to.

To the accused:
I just want you to know what you and your fellow co-scammers have done to our family. We have bankrupted our business in Arizona, foreclosed on our home and working two jobs to make up for your convincing, make-believe stocks that were growing in your company. Not to mention that you were going to make our company profit by compiling our company OMG with yours to gross 10,000 a month. According to my investigations, none of these companies even existed, and these so called investors said that you or your co-scammers ever owned any part of their businesses.
So others should be aware of you and the rest of your affiliations. I wish we would never have met you or the others. Many tears and heartache have been shed over this, I hope you can really believe what you wrote to Josh, because I frankly don't know how you sleep at night.

David I keep running into people you have crossed path with. I will make sure they all know what an upstanding citizen you are and how helpful you are in steeling peoples money and then attempting to justify it. Don't worry my friend, I have not gone away and justice will be served. I am going to keep on telling my story until anyone that comes across you knows that you are a con artist and should never do any business with you EVER.......

Saw your latest comments but not a single name of any one you refer to except you. Give me contracts or contacts and I will call them. I will turn your comments over to the Arizona Corporate Commission and let them reveiw the records of Cell Wireless and myself to see if they find any wrong doing. Of course this will include the period while you were a Director and they will ask you for records too.

BE AWARE OF THEIF! David Shorey is doing it again. I was contacted by the AZ Feds that he is trying to get investors money for his Solar Panel Business. I wouldn't do it, and remember "If it sounds to good to be true, it most likely is!"
I don't understand why he isn't in Jail with the other Greedy, MAD Thieves who got caught doing this!
